Hi, I have been a digital artist sketching and painting in photoshop throughout the years. I started drawing at the age of 14 and I have discovered throughout my time is that no matter what you draw your form and technic will guide you through. If you take the time and understand the fundamentals than you will excel. That being said, I expect each personal drawing a skill learned from the previous ones I have created. School and lessons will only teach you the basics but it's your artform that creates the crowd that follows. Thats why it is a passion for most and that simple doodle you do on your spare time can actually be beneficial. If you love art and you love creativity, then don't let anyone tell you anything else just keep doing what you're doing and eventually you will earn the respect and gratitude you deserve from you fellow followers. I do regret some of my time spent on other things while my passion and desire always persist.
Samurai Girl, the artwork I have posted in my blog is my recent work. This character design was created to demonstrate anatomy structure of the female body. I also pulled away a little from my previous car drawings and decided it was time to blend in both worlds. I think it is best to spread yourself in other creative art besides keeping yourself just doing the same practice. If you noticed with the Samurai Girl, she has good form and the 2d work has the proper shading techniques to make it stand out.
